Saizon is an interpretation of Napa Valley meeting Mexico City. It represents the flavors that blend deep-rooted traditional techniques with new flavor combinations and unique presentation. It’s a contemporary old-world flair that inspired us. A chance to bring textural patina and a lively atmosphere together in balance of the extremely refined foods. Fresno wasn’t getting a new restaurant, it was getting an experience.

We designed the identity to center around a Lobo, built with pieces coming together to create a new energy calling to its pack. Organic geometries and unexpected typography builds a brand system we call modernly traditional.
