Rose is a multifaceted destination that converges points of heritage, food and culture. Farm Design worked on this restaurant concept to embody longstanding Venice, California, neighborhood tradition. Incorporating artisan bakers, exceptional chefs, baristas and bartenders, Rose highly encourages people to share a social experience through quality food and products. Inspired by Chef Jason Neroni’s youth on the East Coast, this seafood restaurant is a modern take on traditional New England-style food. Catch and Release uses only the freshest catch, sourced from the coast. A unique fish index flap sets this seafood menu apart from the rest. The brand pairs colorful sea-animal illustrations and lined-notepad-style menus to create an eye-catching system for the tasty cuisine. Santa Monica Yacht Club—or as the locals call it, SMYC—is a bar-focused seafood restaurant centered on handcrafted cocktails and small plates. Inspired by the symbolic nature of nautical flags, the brand speaks to one of the restaurants favorite mantras, “A rough day at sea is better than any day in the office”. Award winning chef, Andrew Kirschner, updates the menu every evening as they only use the freshest and most local ingredients. Alongside the exquisite culinary experience, you’ll be pleased to discover the GPS coordinates on the menu are actually the current date.
